Cannot be pregnant or nursing. Must be 18 years of age. If you are undergoing chemotherapy, have diabetes, epilepsy or an autoimmune disease, please consult with your physician before booking. Stop use of accutane for at least 1 year. If you have a history of no shows, we will not allow you to book future appointments.

If you have previous work, please send clear pictures with no filter or makeup through Instagram to your artist for approval BEFORE booking an appointment. If this is your first time, you do not need to send us a picture.

Deposits for services are non refundable. Additionally, if you show up to an appointment without consent of previous work or sent misleading photos of your previous work (makeup covering work or filters to make your picture look different), your deposit will be forfeited along with being charged full price for the service and appointment time.
